what is and emergancy?Car break down Or I can't make a lesson!
AB. Government mandate is in place to protect our instructors, this is their lively hood and need assurance that have work to go to. To protect our schools and their instructors. The Government requires 24 hour or more notice for cancelation on a lesson. This gives us enough time to swap you with another student, who will happily take your place anything less than 24 hours notice, there is a $125.95 charge + gst. . We have to pay our instructor for the missed lesson with no notice. It is all clearly stated in the AB Governments Contracts and Agreements that you and your child received & signed
WE are open Monday through Friday 10 am until 2:30 pm for booking lessons, where you can speak to a live representative to book you lessons. After these hours, just go online and fill out the contact form. We will call you in the morning the next business day.
